The Griffin is made up of two parts: the full colour magazine – titled “The Griffin“, which on-campus students receive under their flat door twice each term; and also the e-newsletter – titled the “Weekly Griffin“ - which every Cartmelian should receive in their inbox every Monday morning! The magazine editor writes, produces and distributes both The Griffin and the Weekly Griffin with the help of the media team.

The magazine aims to keep the entire population of Cartmel College up-to-date with the latest news and events happening. It’s also worth noting that the magazine is ultimately written by students, for students! So, if you would like to add any contributions to an upcoming edition of the magazine – do get in touch.

Past issues are available for download below. You can also read articles online, without having to download the entire PDF file. These are available from the archives, listed on the right of this page. Archives are available all the way back to 2007!
