Congratulations to everyone in Cartmel for our stunning victory against Furness in the Patriot’s Cup on Saturday! We won 38-30 and everyone involved had a great day.

Coming up this week we have several more exciting events to look forward to…

To get the week started, on Monday we have Jungle Fever @ Revs, tickets are £2 and will be available in Cartmel Bar from 9pm – as usual, the ticket price includes bus travel from Cartmel, entry to Revs and a free shot on arrival!

Note: the games night planned for Tuesday evening has been moved to next term!

Friday sees the return of Friday Fury for the second time this year! End the term in style with this fantastic on-campus bar-crawl, ending at The Sugarhouse!

On Sunday, come down to the Sports Centre to support the Carter Shield finals for Pop Lacrosse and Aeroball! Meet in the JCR at 12pm.

And round off the week as usual with the Sunday Night Quiz in the Cartmel Bar at 8pm.

The Griffin, Lent Issue 2 should be delivered to your flat this week by our fantastic Magazine Editors, but if you just can’t wait you can download the electronic version from The Griffin page!
